This website is operated by Adv. Saurav Deep, Advocate, from chambers at C-188, Defence Colony, New Delhi. It is an informational site. It does not use advertising networks and it does not sell personal data.
What is collected
If you use the consultation form, the name, organisation, email, telephone number, matter type, and description you enter are used only to respond to that enquiry. Those details are sent by you, via your own WhatsApp or email client, to the chamber. They are not stored in a website database, because this site has none.
If you telephone, email, or message the chamber directly, the ordinary records of professional correspondence are kept for the purpose of considering or conducting the matter, as required of an advocate.
The MSME calculator
The calculator runs in your browser. Invoice amounts and dates are not sent to a server. If you copy the legal note and paste it into a message to the chamber, that content is then part of your enquiry.
Hosting and logs
If the site is later hosted on a public server, that host may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested). Those logs, if any, are used only for security and upkeep.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. Google Fonts, if loaded from Google’s servers, may be subject to Google’s own policies. You can block third-party requests in the browser if you prefer.
